PETER ALIKNAK (ALEX BANKSLAND; ALEC BANKSLAND; ALIKNOK; APIKNOK) Born: 1928 Male W2-494 Place of Birth: Baillie Island Resides: Holman Drawings, Prints, Printmaking, Sculpture Peter began as a carver but has become even more well known as a graphic
artist. He has been a consistent contributor to the annual collections since
the late 1960s. His sister Nanogak is also an accomplished print artist in
Holman.
