About The Artist

Out of the Northern Wilderness walks a Man of many talents. Sitting at the burning embers the Native Elders spoke to their half white Son. They talked of the honor and respect he had gained through his pursuit of art and chose to name him, White Wolf looking at Clear Sky. The name is a vision of his own spirit, and offers him wisdom in times of change.
Aurelio’s greatest asset is his imagination which he uses to communicate with each medium he works with, asking for advice on how to awaken the stone.

Biography- Aurelio Diego Campanella was born in Winnipeg, MB April 1968. Spending his childhood very close with Native Canadians Aurelio’s compelling interest to create started early in his life. Always around nature he began drawing animals as he taught himself. His biggest influences as a child were other people’s art. Just looking at good artwork influenced him greatly. Drawing, painting, carving, practicing with everything he could get his hands on while working for his father in construction also traveling Canada building homes on aboriginal reservations. His relationship with native Canadian people was what inspired him to create art based on nature in Canada. Aurelio has sold and donated art to many Aboriginal organizations. Each piece he creates is original both collected by private and corporate collectors.

“I am truly grateful to have this talent as a creator in art and would like to thank everyone Family, Friends, Collectors and Galleries”
- Aurelio
