Description

The people I have drawn are having a happy moment with a seal. Seals are important to Inuit, and we depend on them for food, part of life since anyone has been able to remember, the hot meal, our heating fuel. This drummer is not trying to frighten the seal but to entertain it, and these children are participating in the dancing because it brings them joy. Drum !
