Not a Human Fishing

Artist Statement * I made this drawing thinking : what did they eat ?Judging from the beak or snout, this creature is definitely not human. What they would eat is fish. After eating fish, this sort of human spirit spits some fish out again. I drew this thinking of what might be best to draw, and get a good reception. That’s how I draw. It’s hard, gradually getting into the drawing, knowing you want it to come together by the time you are done. On large drawings I do the outside of the forms first then fill in the colour areas.*
