People long ago would have a hard life when they ran short of food because of bad weather. When the weather can’t get nice, people would use their shaman powers. They would take a child out away from the igloos. A man would go to where the wind started blowing from. He found out that the old ladies let them have a hard time because the hunters didn’t give them any food. The old ladies would use their shaman powers to let the weather get bad. When the child was taken away from the igloos, it would become very scared and not know what to do. When the hunters found out that the old ladies made the weather bad they brought them some food and the weather got nice.
